Thanks for pointing that out. Indeed, the TiddlyWiki license only 
applies to the TiddlyWiki core, not third-party extensions.

Most plugins contain separate license information, e.g. in a License 
slice. So direct negotiation should only become necessary if there are 
license compatibility issues.
