I had a similar problem using a USB hard drive to carry work between
home and office, using MS SyncToy as the syncing software. SyncToy
relies on having the same drive letter otherwise it doesn't work.

The solution there was for me to reassign the USB drive letter on one
of the computers so that it was the same on both computers (avoiding
the network drive letters as this can upset sensitive Systems folk).
Go into Computer Management (for me that is on Start>All
Programs>Administrative Tools) with the USB plugged in and reassign
the allocated drive letter in Disk Management.

It works for USB drives and I presume it will also work for
TiddlyWiki.

David
