Yeah, I made the same mistake.

The way quick add works is.

You can specificy a project level item:
my project

and a task level item (using a period)
.mytask

and then everything else is tags or text so it pays to have a well
understood tagging methodology. There are no order dependencies on quick
add entries. so
Lets say you have a project defined in your wiki - 'my project'
and a context defined - 'Home'
and a contact defined - 'My Best Buddy'

.my other task|my project|Home|My Best Buddy|W or
.my other task|Home|my project|W|My Best Buddy etc.. (its all the same as
order doesnt matter after the task)

in quick add will create a new task, in my project under Home context
delegated to My Best Buddy

If however you did it like this:
.my other task|My Project|at home|some other guy|W

Assuming that My Project is not a project or a context or a contact (same
for other tags) you will end up with a item which is tagged with all the
items specified in waiting status.

Make sense?

Again - quick add kicks ass but you have to know your tags. If I had a
better memory I could make much better use of it.
