Maybe, if you renamed TiddlerEncryptionPlugin to 'ZTiddlerEncryptionPlugin', so that it loads after UploadTiddlerPlugin, that way, when TiddlerEncryptionPlugin overrides the 'save', it overrides the 'UploadTiddlerPlugin' save, not the other way around.
