The was no this bud in old TW versions. For example if we download empty tiddlywiki put this settings

We will see ....empty.html# if we go GettingStarted tiddler our url will update to ...empty.html#GettingStarted, but if we refresh this page we will see ....empty.html# there was no this problem in old vesions.
