Unternehmen = insurance company
Versicherung = insurance type
Klasse: Regional(Regionalklasse) = category of region
Klasse: Typ(Typklasse)=category of typ
Beitragsatz % = membership rate per percent
Beitrag Zahle Monate =  month to pay  
Beitrag laut Zahlweise =membership rate for month to pay
