You can use the splitregexp operator. Here's an example that works on 
TiddlyWiki.com:

<$list filter="[[HelloThere]get[text]splitregexp[\n]!is[blank]nth[3]]">
<$text text=<<currentTiddler>>/><br/>
</$list>
