It won't be much of a hassle to run it through a script to weed out
duplicate URLs. That won't be an issue. The problem I foresee, as you said,
is proper descriptions for plugins. That would take some manual work. There
I might enlist help.

After all, listing things is exactly what Tiddlywiki is good at. If we
don't do it in Tiddlywiki, people would question the very validity of
tiddlywiki's claim to be a note taking application.
