With the thumbnail-right macro you wouldn't wrap the name in [img[xxx]]. 
Instead you'd use something like

<<thumbnail-right image:"Image-1" >>

or at least per the example 
<https://tiddlywiki.com/#thumbnail%20Macro%20(Examples)> page.
