I think its sleeping, *not *expiring. We are limited numbers. People like me wait a lot till things ripen on numbers. A better CSS frame for TW would be neat BUT the existing CSS is pretty good too. An issue in TW is that we can dynamically change style using macros. So any framework needs to foster that. A few thoughts.
