Have a look at http://tw5custom.tiddlyspot.com/ Click the bottom button in the left toolbar for information. I imported the $:/_simple_toolbar <http://tw5custom.tiddlyspot.com/#%24%3A%2F_simple_toolbar> tiddler found there and Voila! The instructions at the site were so clear that I: 1. changed the width to 100% make it horizontal instead of vertical 2. tweaked the easily found start and end positions to get it up to the top of the screen 3. editing the tiddler contents for my preferred set of buttons was so easy! (I used "buttons" keyword in search tabs "shadows" and "system" to find the buttons I wanted) Observation: I noticed that my original toolbar appears to be on a bottom layer, the stream of opened tiddlers on a middle layer, and the new toolbar on a top layer of the wiki.
