This is a rough idea for having a rating / voting button for tiddlers. It can be customized to be used even for tracking reading and so on!
Drag and drop the attached tiddler into https://tiddlywiki.com/ Note to the new buttons appeared before tiddler title People with good CSS knowledge can help to have a better look and feel.
