There is an "upload" option now FYI. Find it in the "Action" menu for your
site.

You should be able to use it to upload a local TiddlyWiki file to your
site, but for best success you should use a 5.1.14 prerelease version of
TiddlyWiki since there's something in there that Tiddlyhost needs.
