I think in my video I might have accidentally had the Search external wikis tiddler visible in every file, but that is misleading.
The search external wikis tiddler goes in the central index file. The Index and Export tiddler goes in all the external files you want indexed in the index. You add the info in that tiddler, and export to the central index file. Do that for each file, and in the central index file you can then use the Search external wikis tiddler to filter search for the tiddlers in the external files.
