I thought about both:
-the theme is a good starting point to see how things can be changed
in a vanilla tw.
-and mptw as a whole can be used as a good starting point.

It is not to big, and it contains imho some very usefull plugins.
Especially tagglyTagging, is a killer. And to say. I also used it as a
starting point :)

@heller,
I see at your outher posts, that you are digging allready. Thats why
some more links, that may be helpfull. I thought, it would be too much
for the beginning. But now it seems ok.
