You have installed http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#ImagePathPlugin and have also copied an OBSOLETE, 4-year old copy of the configuration tiddler, [[ImagePathList]], which contains references to the image directories on MY SERVER (TiddlyTools.com). As per the TiddlyTools Terms of Service, direct access to images on TiddlyTools.com is NOT PERMITTED and you MUST remove ImagePathList (or at least REMOVE THE PATHS TO MY SERVER), so that you are no longer attempting to access "deep links" on TiddlyTools.com. Note: in your use-case, you aren't actually using/seeing any TiddlyTools images, but you ARE accessing the server MANY TIMES to *check* for images (every time an image is displayed in your document!). Just in the last day, you've generated several thousand 'failed requests' on my server.
