David, The issue is within TW v2.6.2 and v2.6.3. The fix is within v2.6.4. The solution: download an empty v2.6.4. Load it and import all your TWs' tiddler into it. This is the backwards way of upgrading a TW but it will work. Once in v2.6.4 you shouldn't have import issues again (at least not these kinds). BTW, there are several threads here about this problem and more details instructions in them.
