As the author of the LaunchApplication<http://www.remotely-helpful.com/TiddlyWiki/LaunchApplication.html>plugin, I don't think there is much hope with that. The plugin is bouncing off chrome security - it's amazing that it still works in FireFox. I believe that it does not work in IE any longer. That said, I am all ears about getting it working in Chromium, and IE for that matter, so if someone figures out how to tweak it so that it does, let me know :)
