Hi -e,
I agree with what the others say. If you run into situations where
you
repeatedly want to give items the same name, chances are these should
be tags. There are a few GTD style TiddlyWiki flavours out there that
highlight this very idea.

For example, http://tbgtd.tiddlyspot.com has project and action
status related tags, or tags relating to project stages, priorities,
contexts. The idea is that on the one hand you have projects (complex
tasks) which you do next, or someday or have done ...consisting of
actions which come with similar status tags, while also tagging to
the
parent project. These actions can also be tagged with a project
stage,
e.g. things that might typically be good names for the periods
between
milestones.

Using taggly tagging and a few other tools, like x-tag (nowadays
TagSearch), x-tab or even the desk you can quickly retrieve actions
that are in a given state, either for a single project or over all
projects.
