The default for TiddlyPocketBook is ISO A4, as used in most countries, but if you're wanting to print on Letter, the tiddler StyleSheetPrintPage can be changed to transclude [[StyleSheetPrintLetter]] instead of [[StyleSheetPrintA4]]
I guess I should make it an option, but never worked out how to do that neatly, so you'll have to edit the tiddlers by hand in a local copy ..
