I have been asked for help by one of the teams using TiddlySpace as a place for their treatment manual (see http//:tiddlymanuals.tiddlyspace.com) - they are having trouble accessing their local version of the ambit manual - http://ambit-edinburgh.tiddlyspace.com/
Now when I open this up from Cambridge, it seems to work fine, but when * they* open it up in Edinburgh (on one *specific laptop*) all they get is a white screen, with the tiddlySpace "target" showing... nothing else. I have the following notes from them to help figure this out: I'm using a Dell laptop (Latitude E4310) which is running Windows 7 > professional. They have also tried opening the site in Internet Explorer on the same laptop (rather than Firefox), and they get the same blank screen on that browser, too - even though they can access the site fine from another desktop PC. I have run out of suggestions, but there is obviously a simple local glitch that I have missed - can you help? I am particularly keen to resolve this ASAP as this is a team that is newly trained, and super keen to engage with the use of TiddlyWiki as a place to share expertise and clarify best practice - I dont want to let them down!
