Hi,
charts space [1] uses raphaeljs[4] and raphael.g[5], which basically
uses svg format to draw the stuff.
tscount [2] uses the google gchart library [3], which imo needs
permanent internet connection, to work.

I did set up a fast test environment for jsxGraph [6] with TiddlySpace
because I did like it's interactive nature (drag the red points with
the mouse [6]). More examples can be found at [8]. This space [6] may
help you, if you want to get jqPlot working. InlineJavascriptPlugin
[9] is a good tool for testing a new library with TW, because you can
"allmost" use the original examples provided by 3rd party libraries.
If you know, what you want, you can create your own TW plugins.

Using jsxgraph with TiddlySpace one should include jsxgraph-plugin [7]
space, since jsxgraph is used as a sandbox space.
