The TWCore standard syntax for images allows for mouseover 'tooltip'
help text *AND* also linking to either tiddlers or external URLs. You
can also use relative sub-directories to store images
   [img[text|path/to/filename.ext][TiddlerName]]
or
   [img[text|path/to/filename.ext][http://...]]
where the "path/to/filename.ext" is relative to the directory in which
the TW document is stored.

If ImageSizePlugin [1] is installed, additional syntax is supported
for specifying image width/height (using CSS dimensions):

If ImagePathPlugin [2] is installed, the paths entered into
ImagePathList (one per line) are pre-pended to the "path/to/
filename.ext" specified in the [img[...]] syntax, until an image is
found.
