Some of the dead links at the moment are things that I intend to fill in.

pmario has already answered this. The intention is that TiddlyWiki users
need only cope with one new term: the tiddler. There's a bunch of
complexity underneath the surface of TW5 that is relevant to people
creating themes and customising the UI, but that stuff is kept out of the
way of end users (chiefly by hiding things in system and shadow tiddlers).

Interesting. It sounds as though you are envisaging multiple fields on a
tiddler each with the behaviour of the existing 'tags' field, and the
ability to specify which tags field is used for a given operation. I think
that's possible but I'd be keen to make sure that I understand your
intended use cases better: can you give me a few examples of operations
that would be easier to accomplish with this feature?

I'd like to have a logo for TW5, too - I'm open to submissions.

That large area on the right is frustrating; I find fills up if you get in
the habit of using tiddlers with long titles. There will be easy
customisations to enable the user to resize and move the main story column
and the sidebar.

Best wishes
