Hi, 
I did see this behaviour once but it went away before I could track it 
down. 
For me it helped to remove the TiddlyWiki cookie. 

With FireFox you can open the web dev tool with <shift><f2>
the following command: "cookie remove TiddlyWiki" should remove it.

Reload the page and see what happens. 

Chrome dev tools are <shift><ctrl><i> .. tab resources: Cookies: 
your.tw.name.something


Or you can go with your browsers settings menues. There should be a cookie 
settings menu somewhere.
