Hi Lyall TW5 includes an integrated Node.js web server component. It's very simple, and designed just for personal use (it doesn't currently fully support multiple users editing the same wiki at once).
Your simplest option at the moment might be to use the TiddlySpot-style saving; your server would just need to run upload.php on the server as described here: http://tiddlywiki.tiddlyspace.com/UploadPlugin The necessary support is already built into TW5; just go to the "saving" tab of the control panel, and fill in the password and server URL fields.
