TW can export to HTML. You can use a lot of existing tools to convert them into other formats. eg: pdf ... Basically TW uses a template and a "core renderer" to create hmtl output. So depending on your usecase, it would be possible to have other output formats, if you need an output format that is close enought to html / xml.
