I tried again TiddlyDesktop 0.0.3 for Windows today. I have a TiddlyWiki5%20start20140131.htm file on my disk. I browse the file from TiddlyDesktop and when choose open the platform says file not found, but it is there. I renamed the file. TiddlyDesktop seems to support "%" character but not numbers in the names of files.
