I like the wider tiddler width of the Etch theme. How can I include the Etch theme and default to it, while building my tw5 out of individual tiddlers? On a related note, if I want to keep the default theme (I think it's snowwhite), but just want a much wider view for tiddlers, what's the simplest way to do it?
