It seems to be fixed now thank you :-) If you drag some html into 5.13 it won't change type to txt/html unless you do it manually. When you change type to txt/html and the content is shown in an iframe - text won't be UTF8 compatible! Characters like (danish) Æ, ø and å won't be shown correctly..
