I understand, and it's sure just as much a learning process for me. ^^

I do sympathize with the underscore approach, although it looks hacky. Not
only does it put the user generated stuff up top, but it also makes sure
we're never mingling with what could at some point be core stuff. So, I
guess I will waddle through all that and update my
"under-the-hood-component" names accordingly.

But, before I do that, I think it would be wise to actually specify on
TiddlyWiki.com, how users are to best put stuff under *$:/*, because we
sure can and so we will, and also we should... but with a meaningful
approach.

I guess it might even be necessary to use namespacing, eg. a rudinmentary
*$:/_tb/foo*, e.g. *$:/_tb/ui/foo*, *$:/_tb/templates/foo*.

Other approaches might be...
*$://tb/* — will probably conflict with italics as there is no external
link vodoo for system links
*$:/.tb/* — my eye prefers this over...
*$:/_tb/* — the "user"-system-hack

I definitely prefer this over having things scattered like...

*$:/plugins/tobibeer/foo/bar/baz*

Although, I will sure respect that pattern for actual plugins, but the
solutions I just use in my wiki or even suggest others to use. If, at some
point, there are clashes, well... then we'd surely need more than mere
naming conventions but also component-meta-data to distinguish component
origins, for one.

Best wishes, Tobias.
