The above only applies to TW2. As for TW5 there are not many published themes yet, possibly because functional developments have been more in the focus until this point. I know I can adjust some appearence settings manually, but I'm not an > expert and I'd like to use a ready-to-use theme. I can definitely feel that need. Perhaps the core "centralized" theme <http://tiddlywiki.com/#%24%3A%2Fcore%2Fui%2FControlPanel%2FTheme> better suits your needs or only needs minor adjustment?
