I have tiddlers tagged with the week number, in this case *Week #01:
> January 18 — 24*, and I have tiddlers tagged with a type of activity,

Correct me if I'm wrong, but none of your tiddlers tagged *Week #01:
January 18 — 24* appear to have the tag *DesignWrite Readings*.
You'll quickly see that by doing:
{{{ [tag[Week #01: January 18 — 24]tags[]prefix[Design]sort[title]] }}}
