Converting time to GMT is a relatively minor inconvinience since I don't write many tiddlers a day and it's more important to preserve the date part. I have been trying to figure out how to manually set the 'modified' field of tiddlers, but didn't succeed in this. I think using the 'created' date instead of 'modified' date would solve the task, but I haven't learned the TiddlyWiki enough to have done this.
