Thanks for the hints folks!

After studying some code and examples, here is what i have learned so far:
- Yes, it is possible to have multiple values in one field.
- Multiple values are easily seperated via "space"
- More words for an entry are enclosed in double brackets "[[here comes the 
text]]"
- To list all entries i used "<$list filter="[list[!!my-custom-field]]">"
