Thanks for your thoughts, after seeing the initial progress on the proposal
and watching it since then, I have gotten the same feeling that this may be
hard to get off the ground. However, my feeling is that if we do get
through the proposal and get to Beta, I believe we will have enough foot
traffic that the site will stay running. If not we can always explore how
well stack Overflow would work for this.

As far as moderation, anyone with 10,000 reputation is basically a
moderator. This very strongly caters toward people that contribute to the
site a lot, would would almost always be people that work with tiddlywiki a
lot. During beta, I believe stackexchange employees are the moderators,
otherwise they will be elected by the community. And when I say 10,000
reputation, I mean on the tiddlywiki site not on all Sites. And the
election is also just for the tiddlywiki stackexchange, not for all of them.
