global macro like this:

\define myLink(prefix)
<$set name="digit-pattern" value="^$prefix$">
<$list filter="[regexp:title<digit-pattern>]" emptyMessage="no
match"><$link to=<<currentTiddler>> >$prefix$</$link></$list>
</$set>
\end

usage:

<<myLink "01 01">>

The only problem is, if there are several matches. ... It doesn't look good
then.

have fun!
