1 - Move the displayed Board Name up to take over the "Board" button. Let the Board button be both the display of the current board name AND the mechanism to change it. On HOVER ... "Change Board". On CLICK the dropdown of choices ... 2 - Move "Open Sidebar" up to the top line. It makes no sense where it is. And just use the "doubled arrow" as normal. Just thoughts.
