You could try <img width=120 src="URL-adress of the picture" style=" float:left;padding: 0 1em 0 0;"/> Your text goes here <div style="clear:both;line-height:0px;"></div> You have to clear not to have your image flow over the bottom border of the tiddler if the text is short.
