D3 (now in v4) is a great bit of gear. The TW plugin is really currently only a proof of concept.
Personally I'd use it extensively to make Word Clouds IF it were as bit easier to integrate into TiddlyWiki. To achieve that we need someone tech. happy to do the needed work.
