TiddlyServer uses TiddlyWiki to load data folders, so both of these are related to TiddlyWiki in general, not just TiddlyServer.
The first question takes a little digging. When you load a wiki for the first time after the server is started it will go through a special startup process for the wiki. Please start the server, load a wiki, then copy the console output and post it here. The second question is a TiddlyWiki question that I'm not familiar with, so it may be better to ask it on a separate thread. Hope that helps.
