No. I only uses standard browser download behaviour. .. So if you would 
change your browser settings: "Always ask before save", the OS "file save 
as" dialog will open. ...

The problem is: This setting is annoying, if you use the file-backups 
plugins. You'll always get the dialog several times. eg: when it wants to 
save the backups :/

As I wrote, that may be an extension to the file-backups plugin.

I think, a simple dynamic filename should be possible.
