Dave,

The Idea would be to create a virtual tiddler from an existing tiddler, 
which inherits everything except the title, changing something on the 
virtual tiddler would be reflected on the original tiddler, however you 
could break the inheritance and give the virtual tiddler its own tags but 
on editing you edit the original tiddlers text.

There are ways to achieve this already, the question is can people imagine 
additional value to having such a feature?

Yes a bit like symlinks!
