No, it won't. But it would mean that transcluded attributes would not be
refreshed, so <$button to={{myTiddler}}> wouldn't send the up to date value
for the tiddler.
If your widget has attributes then you need to provide a refresh handler to
respond to changes in the values of those attributes.
