Have a look at the "introduction" edition:

http://tiddlywiki.com/editions/introduction/#

It uses a theme called "Hide Furniture" which does pretty much what you've
described (except that it does show the title).

You can explore by using the chevron at the top right to open the sidebar,
and then switch to a different theme. You'll also need to visit control
panel to re-enable the tiddler toolbar buttons.
