As you pointed out, there should be only 1 field, that is named: tags. If we create several types of tags, we will end up with a whole bunch of new problems / questions, that are not even known yet. AND I think we don't need something new. We do have listops-operators <https://tiddlywiki.com/#Filter%20Operators:%5B%5BFilter%20Operators%5D%5D%20%5B%5BThe%20Extended%20Listops%20Filters%5D%5D>. Which allow us to use every field and data-tiddler like tags. We don't have a good UI and workflow, to work with it. I think the generic functions are there.
