Infos about how to build -a is contained in BUILDING.txt Infos about -b are not. Its not the task of BUILDING.txt to talk about actually running Xvnc. There is a reason why its called BUILDING. So it looks like not being very consistent. Probably people will start looking at Red Hat's build scripts (if they are available somewhere) so probably you're right that there is no need to do anything because people on irc have helped me so I've not had much trouble.
