FHS specify /usr/share/man. automake have introduced $prefix/share/man as 
default destination. 

+1 for overrides.

I work only with trunk, so I must admit, that I don't know, what version number 
it corresponds.
I justs wanted to use something low - in the final version, I'll change this.
