Summary: Expose all VNCViewer settings to the GUI

Initial Comment:
There a large number of VNCViewer settings that should be exposed via the GUI.
This be under the "Options" button on the main VNCViewer screen on both Windows
and Unix which does contain a very small subset of the options available.
Such settings would be most of those seen when typing the "vncviewer -help"
command.

Message:
This is a feature request, not a bug. Further, I seriously doubt that you
will get any interest in this unless you specify which options you need in
the GUI and why you need them there.

Further, setting a high priority on tracker items is not good etiquette
unless the tracker items are critical bugs, which this clearly is not.

All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure contains a
definitive record of customers, application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. Business sense. IT sense. Common sense.
