Yep, I can confirm the exact same behavior. I just installed the Fedora 11
preview and noticed this. This can be easily corrected by installing the
xorg-x11-fonts-misc via YUM. I just checked this on an actual physical
server, not on a VM though.
On a happier note, this current version of vncserver again works correctly
with a vncviewer running on Windows. That had been broken in the previous
version.

I just installed .90-0.6 from Rawhide and I have the "could not open default
font 'fixed'" issue again, which I didn't have in .90-0.5. I know this was
previously discussed here, but not on this build as far as I can tell from
looking at the archives. Is this expected?
